1. Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all programs, conferences, summits, retreats, training sessions, and events operated by Future Youth Global Network (FYGN). FYGN is a brand owned and managed by FUTURE YOUTH GLOBAL NETWORK EVENT - FZCO, a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, under License No. 75038.

By submitting an application, completing payment, or attending any FYGN activity, the participant agrees to be legally bound by all clauses outlined below.

A. Eligibility

• Participants must meet the age and program-specific requirements.

• FYGN reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility at any stage.

• Applications may be accepted or declined at FYGN's sole discretion without obligation to provide justification.

B. Registration

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

• Only applicants who receive an official Acceptance Email are considered approved.

• Self-funded delegates must complete payment by the stated deadline. Failure to do so may result in the immediate loss of the allocated seat.

C. Fees & Charges

• Application Fees: Are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Program Fees: For self-funded delegates, fees are refundable only in accordance with the Refund Policy.

• Fully Funded Delegates: Do not pay program fees and therefore are not eligible for refunds.

• VAT & Taxes: All fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). If applicable under UAE law at the time of invoicing, 5% VAT (or the current legal rate) will be added to the total amount.

D. Program Adjustments

FYGN reserves the right to modify program dates, venues, speakers, schedules, or formats when reasonably required due to safety considerations, logistics, government restrictions, force majeure, or host-country regulations. Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds beyond what is stated in the Refund Policy.

E. Visas, Travel & Accommodation

• FYGN may issue visa support documents where applicable but does not guarantee visa approval.

• Travel arrangements, flight bookings, and immigration compliance are the sole responsibility of the participant.

• FYGN is not responsible for costs or losses related to visa refusal, flight cancellation, accommodation issues, or travel delays.

F. Conduct & Removal

• Participants must comply with the FYGN Code of Conduct at all times.

• FYGN reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct, harassment, or violation of laws/regulations. No refund will be issued in such cases.

G. Certification

Issuance of certificates is at the discretion of FYGN and is contingent upon full attendance, active participation, and appropriate conduct throughout the program.

H. Intellectual Property (IP)

All materials, presentations, logos, branding, and training content provided during FYGN events are the intellectual property of FYGN or its speakers. Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

I. Limitation of Liability

FYGN shall not be liable for illness, injury, loss, theft, visa issues, travel disruptions, accommodation failures, or force majeure events unless direct and gross negligence by FYGN is legally proven in a court of law.

J. Amendments & Severability

• Updates: FYGN reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

K. Acceptance of Policies

Participation in any FYGN activity constitutes full acceptance of all FYGN legal policies, including but not limited to:

• Refund Policy

• Privacy Policy & GDPR Compliance

• Liability & Risk Waiver

• Code of Conduct

• Anti-Fraud Policy

L. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.

2. Participation Agreement (Summary)

By registering for any FYGN program or event, the delegate explicitly confirms that they:

1. Understand and accept all FYGN legal policies and Terms & Conditions.

2. Are fully responsible for their own travel arrangements, insurance, and visa compliance.

3. Accept the refund structure without dispute, including the non-refundable nature of application fees.

4. Agree to comply with all behavioral standards and the Code of Conduct.

5. Participate voluntarily and at their own personal risk.
